Same-Day Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all of our guests, we do not permit same-day rescheduling. If you contact us 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If you call or contact us the same day or just a few minutes before your scheduled booking time, we are unable to honor a reschedule, and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

We allow a **15-minute grace period** to ensure every guest enjoys the full candle-making experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your experience may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. In most cases, we may need to reschedule your booking based on availability by paying a new deposit fee.
