-Two 8oz. glass candle vessels per person
-100% Natural Vegetable wax processed into fine grain
-All candle supplies included for your DIY experience
- Lid- Standard clear top included with the sand candle experience ( lid options for an upgraded charge)
- Candle Labels to name your custom candle
- 5 additional wicks for reuse of sand candle to take home
-Choose from a wide variety of color options. (we recommend using clear glass for sand candle experience)
-Fragrance Bar (choose from over 30 plus different fragrances)
-One complementary beverage (wine, champagne, margarita or soft drinks)
-Plastic Glassware & Ice Service – Premium glassware and ice bucket for a refined sipping experience. (please note, some drinks will not require ice, please let staff know if you require ice)

Deposit & Booking Information
* A $47.00 dollar deposit is required to reserve your seat, balance will be due upon arrival. If you decide to cancel your booking of don't show up within the grace period your deposit is non refundable and non transferable!
We understand things happen, if you need to reschedule within 24hours of your booking time you can do so by using the link provided in your email confirmation.
You are allowed to reschedule 24 hours prior to your booking ONE time and your booking deposit will role over. If you reschedule more than once or are a no call /no show. Your booking deposit is non transferable and non refundable. You will need to book again.
Same-Day Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all of our guests, we do not permit same-day rescheduling. If you contact us 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you call or contact us the same day or just a few minutes before your scheduled booking time, we are unable to honor a reschedule, and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy
We allow a **15-minute grace period** to ensure every guest enjoys the full candle-making experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your experience may be shortened to accommodate our schedule. In most cases, we may need to reschedule your booking based on availability by paying a new deposit fee.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving on time to make the most of your visit!
