Refund policy

 

No return/exchange  policy, which means you may not return or exchange your products/products after receiving your item.  


If you're not happy with your purchase you can contact us at support@jsbskincosmetics.com. We want you to be happy with your new products, so if you are not happy please contact us and a member of the team will contact you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo of damaged item so we can verify the issue. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (Skin care products and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your items please notify us and a member of the team will reach out to you. Once we’ve received and inspected  your issue we will reach out via email.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
